Product information
We work to present products, images, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Packaging, colors, and other details may appear differently on a screen. Product information may change, and the label on the product controls where it differs from website content.
Health information
Website content is general product information and is not medical advice. Review product labels and consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you have questions about ingredients, allergies, health conditions, medications, or whether a product is right for you.
Orders
Checkout is processed through Shopify. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be declined or canceled for reasons such as product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping limitations, or other operational issues. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be returned through the original payment method.
Athlete Board programs
Applying for or participating in the Athlete Board does not create employment, agency, a joint venture, sponsorship or endorsement by a school, team, league, or athletic association, or authority to act for Hydr8Stx. Approved participants are also subject to the current Athlete Board Program Terms and Athlete Board Playbook. If those terms conflict with these general Terms regarding program participation, the Athlete Board Program Terms control.
User-submitted content
You may submit only content you own or have permission to share. You are responsible for obtaining permission from people appearing in submitted content. Any permission granted to Hydr8Stx to use ambassador content is governed by the Athlete Board Program Terms and any separate release.
Intellectual property
The Hydr8Stx name, logos, website design, graphics, copy, and other brand materials are owned by Hydr8Stx or used with permission. You may not use them commercially without written permission.
Third-party services
The site links to and relies on third-party services, including Shopify. Their terms may also apply when you use those services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as available" without warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydr8Stx is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from access to or use of the website or Athlete Board program.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived, including applicable consumer rights or liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other non-waivable conduct.
Governing law and severability
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights and applicable venue laws, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
