The Hydr8Stx Athlete Board Playbook

The practical rules for promoting Hydr8Stx honestly, protecting your eligibility, and representing the brand the right way.

Last updated August 23, 2026

Welcome to the Athlete Board. We're a sports brand built by young athletes, and we want this program to feel the same way: energetic, honest, and fun.

These are the rules for representing Hydr8Stx. The formal Athlete Board Program Terms, Hydr8Stx Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy also apply. If this Playbook conflicts with the Program Terms, the Program Terms control.

1. Be real

Only say what you honestly think and have personally experienced.

Don't make up or exaggerate claims about hydration, health, recovery, safety, athletic performance, ingredients, or results. Use Hydr8Stx-approved product information and content when discussing the products. Do not give medical advice or claim that a product can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease.

Never say that Hydr8Stx guarantees a particular athletic, health, or performance result.

2. Say you're an ambassador

Whenever you post about Hydr8Stx or share your code or link, clearly tell people about your relationship with us.

Use simple language people will understand:

"I'm a Hydr8Stx Athlete Board ambassador, and I earn a commission if you buy using my link or code."

You may also use #ad or #Hydr8StxAmbassador, but a hashtag alone should not replace the clear explanation above. Make the disclosure in the same language as the rest of your recommendation.

3. Rep yourself—not your school

If you are a student-athlete, you participate as an individual. You do not represent your school, team, league, athletic association, or CIF.

For commercial Hydr8Stx content:

Rules vary by school, league, state, and athletic organization. Before participating, check with your parent or guardian and school athletic director. You and your parent or guardian are responsible for protecting your eligibility. Hydr8Stx cannot determine whether a particular activity is allowed by your school or athletic organization. If you are unsure, ask before posting.

4. Protect the brand—and other people

The Playbook does not give Hydr8Stx ownership of your content or permission to use it in advertising. Hydr8Stx may ask to reshare or feature your content; any broader use will require permission under the Program Terms or a separate release.

5. We may ask for a correction

Hydr8Stx may review public program content and ask you to add a disclosure, correct a statement, remove school branding, or take down content that violates this Playbook.

Please make requested corrections promptly. Serious or repeated violations may result in a suspended code, held commissions connected to suspected fraud, or removal from the program under the Program Terms.

Legitimate commission already earned will remain subject to the attribution, refund, hold, and payout rules in the Program Terms.

6. Questions are encouraged

If you aren't sure whether a post, claim, photo, person, or location is okay, ask first: hello@hydr8stx.com.

Play hard. Post honestly. Rep Hydr8Stx the right way.
