We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, school or team, sport, social handles, order-support details, and messages submitted through Contact, Join, or Teams forms.
When you shop, Shopify processes checkout, payment, shipping, and order information. Hydr8Stx does not receive or store your full payment-card number through this website.
How we use information

- To comply with applicable obligations and prevent misuse.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website, including Shopify for commerce and checkout, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for website form submissions and community data, and Resend for certain transactional and Athlete Board email. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site and its service providers may use local storage, cookies, and similar technologies to remember your shopping bag, maintain checkout functionality, understand site performance, attribute an Athlete Board referral code, and protect the service.
Athlete Board portal
For enrolled Athlete Board members, we may store account email, display or preferred name, self-attested age group, Program Terms acceptance, referral activity, attributed order and commission records, tax-verification status, payout history, program-email preferences, and email delivery status. For a member age 13–17, we also store the guardian email and consent attestation the member provides. The portal does not store full birth dates, W-9 documents, taxpayer identification numbers, bank accounts, or payment-card details.
Young users
The website is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before providing personal information or participating in a future Hydr8Stx program. Parents or guardians may contact us about information submitted by a minor.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted directly to Hydr8Stx, subject to information we need to retain for orders, security, legal, or operational reasons. Athlete Board coaching and promotional email can also be disabled through the preference link in each message.
