What is Hydr8Stx?
Hydr8Stx is an electrolyte powder supplement created by two high-school athletes. It comes in portable, single-serve sticks.
How do I mix it?
Open a stick, pour it into cold water, then shake or stir. Follow the directions printed on your pouch.
How many sticks are in a pouch?
Each standard flavor pouch contains 10 single-serve sticks. Bundle quantities are listed on each product page.
Where can I find ingredients and Supplement Facts?
The complete ingredient list, Supplement Facts, allergen information, and directions are printed on each product pouch.
What flavors are available?
Hydr8Stx launched with Lemon Lime and Piña Colada, plus Try Both and Stock Up bundles.
Orders & shipping
Where do I check out?
Your Hydr8Stx bag transfers securely to Shopify for payment, shipping, taxes, and order confirmation.
How much is shipping?
Available shipping methods and costs are calculated using your delivery address during checkout.
How do I track an order?
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email hello@hydr8stx.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful for damaged or incorrect items.

How can athletes get involved?
Complete the Join form to be considered for future athlete features, feedback groups, challenges, and community opportunities.
Do you offer team orders?
We’re accepting inquiries from teams, schools, clubs, and event organizers. Submit the Teams form and we’ll follow up about the details.
Does submitting a form guarantee a partnership?
No. Join and Teams submissions start a conversation but do not guarantee selection, pricing, sponsorship, or a partnership.
