Order confirmation
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation using the email address or phone number provided with the order. Review it and contact us promptly if the delivery information is incorrect.
Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared before they are handed to a carrier. Delivery dates displayed during checkout or tracking are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier conditions, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping destinations
The destinations currently available will be shown during checkout. If Shopify does not offer a shipping method for an address, we are not currently able to ship the order there through the website.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect orders
Email hello@hydr8stx.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or incorrect items, include clear photos of the package, shipping label, and products when possible.
